Delete an AWS role
DELETE/tap/api/v1/aws-roles/:roleId
Deletes an AWS role and removes it from any users and servers that hold it. Requires the admin role.

The identifier is not a number, the role could not be removed from its users and servers, or the role could not be deleted.
