Send a mass email
PUT/tap/api/v1/admin/email
Sends an email to the selected accounts as Bcc recipients, in batches of up to 32 recipients per message by default. Requires the admin role.

The email was sent to all, or some, of the recipients. The message reports how many were sent.
The caller does not have the admin role.
Email integration is not enabled.
The email could not be sent to any recipient, or the request body is missing a field or is not valid JSON.
