Redirects to an AWS console federated sign-in URL for the assumed role. Authenticated with a client certificate. The caller may sign in only with roles assigned to them.

The sign-in could not be completed: a parameter is missing, no AWS role matches, the role is not assigned to the caller, or the role could not be assumed. The Combine HTML error page is returned with status 200 and the message "Could not sign in to the AWS Console. Please contact your Combine Administrator."
