GET/tap/api/v1/reference-data/:id
Returns the reference data stored under the given identifier.

The reference data text (JSON or Markdown, per the referring Alert Event field's referenceDataType).
No reference data exists for the identifier, or it could not be read.
The reference data could not be retrieved.
