List supported instance types

/tap/api/v1/documentation/supported-instance-types

Returns the supported instance types for EC2, ElastiCache, RDS, and EMR in each emulated environment, grouped by instance family. A service and environment with no instance type list configured for the environment is omitted, so the array can be empty.
